G Gives: Run Strong Workshop

Running is a simple and instinctive movement. No wonder it's one of the most popular modern means of exercise. But the common injuries accrued by running points to the reality that it can be a high-mileage activity. This workshop series will teach you how to run with less impact on your body and help you make running more fun, and truly a lifetime activity.

The Run Strong Workshop will cover how to build your "springs" -- your body's natural suspension system to keep your gait lighter, and faster. Most strength and mobility programs focus on training pieces of the body with isolated exercises. We take a movement approach: building intuitive strength in ways that directly translate to the movements your body is designed to enjoy (like running!). Come learn how to put more strength, and spring, in every running step.
